5 Steps to Happiness Unlimited

A mindful journey to cultivating true happiness

Happiness is the blissful feeling of content and joy experienced when our life fulfills our needs and when life is just as it should be. We can always stay in the state of happiness if we develop emotional intelligence and a growth mindset. This shift will allow us to harness the power of our minds so as to feel happy within, independently of the state of our outside world. Happiness doesn’t happen by accident but is cultivated and nurtured through mindful living and peaceful thinking. True happiness, when found within, creates space for enriched experiences in life allowing us to reach our full potential stepping into a purposeful life. 

Let’s embark on a mindful journey to cultivating true happiness, together!

  • Identifying our true desires
    We all have many desires and in our quest to fulfill them we create suffering for our soul. Our desires are much influenced by the souls around us or in other words, the people in our lives, in one way or the other. Our very attachment to such desires zaps our joy and we become slaves to them. Diving deep into our souls through mindfulness meditation, the act of creating stillness in our minds, we can discover or identify our soul’s true desires, focusing on which will lead us to the path of true happiness.
  • Releasing our limiting beliefs and patterns
    Underneath the deepest layers of our soul lies true happiness. Peel the layers of limiting beliefs, habits and patterns that we form on the Divine Blueprint of our soul as we go through the journey of our soul. As we do so, we release all that doesn’t serve us or is not for our higher good and walk into light embracing the new beginnings. We get aligned with who we are based on our Divine Blueprint and anchor ourselves within. This doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of patience and will power to make those innumerable trips diving into the depths of our soul, identifying and letting go of limiting beliefs, patterns and conditioning, rewiring for joy, creating space for the Universal Life Force to work through us.
  • Developing our new identity
    Mindful willingness to step into the uncharted territory learning a whole new set of thoughts, beliefs and emotions can open doors to endless possibilities. Consciously slipping into the growth mindset whilst aligning our thoughts and feelings so that they are consistent brings shifts in our energy as thoughts are the language of our mind and feelings are the language of our body. Embracing these shifts and willingly developing our new identity within sets us on the path of unparalleled success and true happiness.
  • Learning to control our emotions
    Emotions lead to actions and actions lead to results. Learning to control our emotions so that they work for us and not against us, cutting the cords with the past memories and not stressing about the future whilst bringing all our focus to the present moment allows us to create space for experiencing true happiness in the present moment. Discovering the power of forgiveness for ourselves and for others sets our soul free by allowing us to let go of what may be holding us back from true happiness.
  • Reclaiming our power
    Practicing emotional self-control sets us on the journey to reclaiming our power back. We become anchored in the present moment, unleash true happiness and experience heavenly bliss. We experience freedom from all bondages. Our spirit becomes free of burdens from the past and the worries of the future whilst enjoying true happiness as we create more balance in our life unleashing our joy, walking on the path to unlimited happiness.
