Not all feelings are comfortable and revolve around happy thoughts. That doesn’t mean that your emotions are not valid. Just reminding yourself that you have to focus on positive thoughts is not going to change anything until you find a way to validate your own emotions, allow yourself to feel them, accept them and give yourself the permission to transform them by releasing the emotions that no longer serve you to make space for the bounties of the universe to enter your lives and that of your loved ones.

Let’s embody a practice of mindfulness, a formal daily practice indeed! Our children and loved ones are sure to pick it up from us. Remember, monkey see monkey do! Let’s nourish our souls!
