A Divine Spark

Meditation, mindful living and following our intuitions to solve day-to-day puzzles of life leads to optimal health but it is a difficult target to achieve and can be quite overwhelming. The process of creating artwork gets my creative juices flowing while I meditate by focusing on the process itself which in turn brings peace and calm to my soul. While painting this Shiv Ling I kept my focus on my breath and let my intuition guide my brush. It felt as if I was in another world and my body felt lighter while my soul was at peace.
