In these current times where social distancing is the need of the hour, it is very important for us to cultivate awareness and compassion and not live in fear and anxiety.
Meditation significantly reduces day-to-day stress and calms our nerves while relaxing our mind and body and boosting our immune system. Most of us find it quite challenging to clear the clutter of our mind and meditate. I have been there and know how challenging it can be in such interesting times.
I host a meditation circle every Tuesday evening 6:30pm EST and would like to invite you to join our group of heart-centered women who are determined to release all that stagnant energies of 2019 so that they can step into the new year with new found love, peace and compassion for themselves and others.
