Mindful ‘YOU’ Peaceful ‘YOU’ Program is a holistic model for overall mindful well-being. It provides youth and adults with the tools and practices to foster and sustain self-awareness and self-compassion in order to bring positive changes within themselves and their community at large. Deep healing and profound inner connection occurs when we learn to consciously slow down and focus on living in the present moment.

What makes Mindful ‘YOU’ Peaceful ‘YOU’ Program unique?

Mindful ‘YOU’ Peaceful ‘YOU’ Program is an initiative to bring small groups together, providing for powerful transformations through intuitive art, creative mindfulness practices and mindfulness meditations. It is based on creative expression of your innermost feelings. Remember, not all feelings are comfortable and revolve around happy thoughts. That doesn’t mean that your emotions are not valid. Just reminding yourself that you have to focus on positive thoughts is not going to change anything until you find a way to validate your own emotions, allow yourself to feel them, accept them and give yourself the permission to transform them by releasing the emotions that no longer serve you to make space for the bounties of the universe to enter your lives and that of your loved ones. 

Let’s embody a practice of mindfulness, a formal daily practice indeed! Our children and loved ones are sure to pick it up from us. Remember, monkey see monkey do! Let’s nourish our souls! Together, we can do this! Let’s connect in these stressful times of global and economic crisis to find profound inner connection, mental clarity, deep relaxation, acceptance, kindness, emotional stability, impulse control and deep healing.

What is included in each session?

Each 75-minute session of Mindful ‘YOU’ Peaceful ‘YOU’ Program includes:

  • Mindfulness practice increasing awareness of breath
  • Journey to the depths of your soul
  • Exploration of deep emotions
  • Creative expression of your emotions through intuitive mindful art
  • Centering and grounding through meditative art practices
