What’s included in this workshop?
- Breathwork/Pranayama
Breathwork or Pranayama is an ancient practice that re-trains your mind to anchor in your breath, the Prana or the life force which is the very basis of our existence. It allows you to get into a deeper state of relaxation and breathe rhythmically to expand your awareness and reach higher levels of consciousness.
- Guided Stretches/asanas
Gentle stretching routines to incorporate yoga asanas and stretching methods that will heal, protect, and strengthen your body to better manage the pain caused due to muscle tightness.
- Affirmations
Positive affirmations that are unique to you, to this practice, when incorporated with breathwork and stretches, create a subtle shift in the mindset inviting balance in mind, body and soul.
- Mantra Meditation
Mantras help the mind connect with the higher consciousness. Mantras are powerful meditation and therapy tools which when chanted, recited, whispered or simply hummed have the ability to free the mind of the never-ending chatter while calming the nerves at the same time.
